SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern participation in the Silk Lash Empire promotional text messaging program (the "SMS Program"). The SMS Program is operated by Silk Lash Empire, LLC ("Silk Lash Empire," "SLE," "we," "us," or "our").
About these SMS Terms
These SMS Terms apply only to the SMS Program. Our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Salon Policies may apply separately in their respective contexts.
1. Program Description
If you opt in to the SMS Program, Silk Lash Empire may send recurring marketing and promotional text messages to the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include first-time client offers, salon promotions, booking opportunities, service education, reactivation messages, and other Silk Lash Empire marketing updates.
The SMS Program is promotional. Appointment confirmations, verification codes, receipts, service communications, and other operational messages may be handled separately through our booking, payment, salon, or communications systems and do not by themselves enroll you in the SMS Program.
2. Consent to Receive Promotional Messages
By providing your mobile number through an SMS marketing opt-in and affirmatively submitting that opt-in, you consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS or MMS messages from Silk Lash Empire at the number provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Silk Lash Empire.
By providing a mobile number, you represent that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of that number and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
A phone number provided only for booking, payment, account verification, customer support, appointment communication, or another non-marketing purpose does not by itself create SMS marketing consent.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Silk Lash Empire does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS Program.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to a marketing text message from Silk Lash Empire.
After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request. We will stop sending promotional messages to that number unless you later provide new consent to rejoin the SMS Program.
Opting out of promotional SMS does not prevent Silk Lash Empire from sending non-marketing communications that are reasonably necessary to provide a service you requested, process a transaction, complete security or verification steps, or respond to you where otherwise permitted.

6. Mobile Number Changes
If you change or deactivate the mobile number you used to join the SMS Program, please opt out before discontinuing use of that number when possible.
You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number that you are authorized to use.
7. Delivery and Carrier Availability
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier, network availability, device compatibility, and other circumstances outside Silk Lash Empire's control.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
The SMS Program may not be available on all carriers, devices, or in all locations.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of information in connection with the SMS Program is described in our Privacy Policy: https://silklashempire.com/privacy/
SMS marketing consent is treated separately from other communication permissions. We do not treat a phone number collected for another purpose as SMS marketing consent unless you separately opt in.
9. Changes to the SMS Program or These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms or modify or discontinue the SMS Program from time to time as our services, technology, or legal obligations change.
The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
