Start with the level of definition you want.
Classic is the most understated, Hybrid adds balanced dimension, Wet Set creates feathered texture, and Volume is the fullest direction. The current first-time service reserves time for eligible clients to choose Classic, Hybrid, or Volume with their artist during the consultation.

- Confirm the service and customized direction before application begins.

Before your visit
Arrive ready for an unhurried start.
- Arrive with clean lashes and without eye makeup. SLE still cleans the lashes as part of its standard service preparation.
- Remove contact lenses before the appointment. SLE cannot guarantee that contact solution or storage containers will be available.
- Avoid caffeine before the appointment because it may contribute to eye fluttering, twitching, or watering and make application more difficult.
- First-time clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early. Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes early.
- Clients ages 16–17 require a parent or legal guardian to attend and remain onsite for the entire appointment.
Deposits and appointment policies
Reserved time comes with clear expectations.
A standard appointment requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the appointment. The deposit is applied toward the service total.

- A client may reserve only their next appointment with $0 collected at booking when they prebook in person at checkout immediately after a completed appointment, keep an active card securely on file, and are not subject to the repeat-no-show 100% prepayment requirement. This exception does not apply to phone, text, or later online bookings. If the client does not want to maintain an active card on file, the normal 50% deposit applies.
- Cancellations and reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments booked within 48 hours of the appointment time remain final. When the applicable late-cancellation or No Show policy is violated, a standard 50% deposit is forfeited, a qualifying deposit-free in-person prebooking is charged 50% of the scheduled appointment price, and a client on 100% prepayment status forfeits the applicable full prepayment.
- Lash extension appointments have a 10-minute grace period; services other than lash extensions have no grace period. If a provider accepts and performs an appointment after the 10-minute threshold, one $15 late fee applies. A provider may decline earlier when insufficient time remains, and more than 20 minutes late is automatically a No Show.
- A No Show includes failing to attend, arriving more than 20 minutes late, or arriving late when the provider determines there is insufficient time to complete the appointment appropriately and declines the service.
Aftercare, follow-up, and fixes
Support continues after you leave.
Daily aftercare
Cleanse lashes daily. Avoid oil-based products near the eyes, excessive heat and steam, and pulling, rubbing, or picking. Avoid sleeping directly on the lashes when possible.
Approximately two days later
Silk Lash Empire sends a follow-up approximately two days after the appointment to check that everything is going well.
The three-day fix
Contact Silk Lash Empire within three calendar days for qualifying excessive fallout or a minor adjustment. One complimentary correction may be provided for up to 20 minutes. It is not a redesign, full refill, removal, new service, style change, or correction for improper aftercare.
Planning future fills
Maintenance depends on time and retention.
Your artist considers both the time since your last appointment and how much of the set remains.

- 4–10 days · at least 75% remaining
- 2 Week Fill
- 11–17 days · at least 60% remaining
- 3 Week Fill
- 18–24 days · at least 45% remaining
- Day 25 or later
- Not eligible for a fill · a new full set is required

Public parking is available at the building. The parking area may become full during busy hours. Legal street parking is available nearby. Weekday street cleaning is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
