Your ideal appointment time isn’t available? Request priority consideration when an eligible opening becomes available.
Active Members receive priority over Non-Members waiting for the same eligible opening. Multiple qualifying Member requests follow request order, subject to service eligibility, artist availability and appointment requirements.
SLE verifies your Membership in Phorest. This is a request, not a booking confirmation. An opening, artist, date or time is not guaranteed, and existing confirmed appointments are not displaced.

Select and VIP Members may request exclusive appointment opportunities outside regular salon hours. Every request is personally reviewed for Membership eligibility, artist availability and scheduling feasibility.

Standard does not include Member Concierge.
Management approval and active Membership verification in Phorest are required. Requests do not schedule appointments automatically or guarantee a time, artist or Jackie appointment. They do not permanently extend artist schedules or create public off-hours inventory. Approved appointments follow SLE’s normal booking process.
