Your first appointment includes a professional consultation. Your artist will discuss the appearance you want and the customization appropriate for your natural lashes and features.

Lash Styles and Services
A simple comparison of the approved lash-extension directions.
Classic is the most understated direction. Hybrid balances individual extensions with added dimension. Wet Set creates feathered, defined texture. Volume is the fullest and most dramatic direction.
Classic is the most understated of the current full-set directions. Your artist can refine the curl, length, and mapping during the consultation.
Yes. Silk Lash Empire offers dye-free sensitive adhesive, latex-free lash adhesives, sensitive eye pads, and lubricating eye drops for client use when dryness is a concern. Review the sensitive-eye options and tell the salon about known sensitivities before your appointment. Patch or tolerance testing may be required for certain products or services under manufacturer instructions or SLE safety protocol. A negative test and alternative products cannot guarantee that irritation or an allergic reaction will not occur.
Volume is the fullest and most dramatic direction. Hybrid offers a balance of definition and fullness between Classic and Volume.
Silk Lash Empire may update the service before or on the appointment day when timing and availability allow. You are responsible for any remaining price difference, and not every change can be accommodated.
Category 03
Fills and Retention
How timing and the lashes remaining shape your maintenance appointment.
Book a 1 Week Fill for 4–10 days with at least 75% remaining, a 2 Week Fill for 11–17 days with at least 60% remaining, or a 3 Week Fill for 18–24 days with at least 45% remaining. View the complete fill guide.
On day 25 or later, you are not eligible for a fill and a new full set is required regardless of the percentage of extensions remaining. Your artist determines whether removal is also needed.
The artist evaluates the extensions remaining at arrival. Within days 4-24, a booked fill that does not meet its minimum remaining-extension threshold may require the correct fill level or a new full set, subject to timing and availability.
Silk Lash Empire does not fill extensions applied by another salon. Existing extensions from another salon require a removal and a new full set. SLE cannot verify the adhesive, lash materials, isolation, placement, or techniques used and wants responsibility for the complete application it services.
Category 04
Booking, Deposits, and Policies
The essential terms that protect reserved artist time.
Use the same email address and mobile number you provided when booking. In Phorest, select My Account. If you already have a Phorest Online Booking account, select Login, then Forgot password. If you have never created an Online Booking account, select Create Account. Contact Silk Lash Empire if you still need help accessing your appointment.
A standard appointment requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the appointment. The deposit is applied toward the service total. This applies to normal online bookings and other reservations that do not qualify for the in-person prebooking exception. A client may reserve only their next appointment with $0 collected at booking when they prebook in person at checkout immediately after a completed appointment, keep an active card securely on file, and are not subject to the repeat-no-show 100% prepayment requirement. This exception does not apply to phone, text, or later online bookings. If the client does not want to maintain an active card on file, the normal 50% deposit applies.
Cancellations and reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. When the applicable late-cancellation or No Show policy is violated, a standard 50% deposit is forfeited, a qualifying deposit-free in-person prebooking is charged 50% of the scheduled appointment price, and a client on 100% prepayment status forfeits the applicable full prepayment. After an appointment is forfeited or treated as a No Show, any replacement appointment is a new reservation and requires the applicable new deposit or prepayment.
Appointments booked within 48 hours of the appointment time remain final.
Lash extension appointments have a 10-minute grace period; services other than lash extensions have no grace period. After 10 minutes, one $15 late fee applies only if the provider accepts and performs the appointment. The provider may decline earlier than 20 minutes when too little time remains, and more than 20 minutes late is automatically a No Show. The late fee is not stacked on a No Show.
A No Show includes failing to attend, arriving more than 20 minutes late, or arriving late when the provider determines there is insufficient time to complete the appointment appropriately and declines the service. Standard 50% deposit booking: the deposit is forfeited. Qualifying deposit-free in-person prebooking: 50% of the scheduled appointment price is charged to the active card on file. Client on 100% prepayment status: the applicable full prepayment is forfeited. A separate $15 late fee is not stacked on a No Show. 2 No Shows within a rolling 12-month period require 100% prepayment for all future appointments, online and in person. Clients under this restriction are not eligible for deposit-free in-person prebooking. The restriction remains in effect while the client has 2 or more No Shows within the preceding rolling 12 months. Once the count falls below 2, the normal booking and deposit rules apply again.

Clients must be at least 16 years old. Clients who are 16 or 17 must attend with a parent or legal guardian. The guardian must present a valid government-issued photo ID, sign SLE’s Minor Client Consent in person, and remain onsite throughout the appointment. A consent form completed only by the minor online does not satisfy this requirement. We cannot begin or continue the service if the required guardian is not present.
Category 05
Aftercare, Follow-Up, and Fixes
Daily care, the two-day check-in, and the limits of the three-day fix.
Cleanse lashes daily. Avoid oil-based products near the eyes, excessive heat and steam, and pulling, rubbing, or picking. Avoid sleeping directly on the lashes when possible.
Silk Lash Empire sends a follow-up approximately two days after the appointment to check that everything is going well.
Contact Silk Lash Empire within 3 calendar days of the lash appointment. A qualifying concern may receive one complimentary fix appointment limited to 20 minutes. It is intended for qualifying excessive fallout or minor adjustment needs.
It does not cover a redesign, full refill, removal, new service, major style change, work exceeding 20 minutes, or concerns caused by improper aftercare. The artist or management determines whether an adjustment qualifies. Read the complete policy.

Silk Lash Empire is appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Public parking is available at the building. The parking area may become full during busy hours. Legal street parking is available nearby. Weekday street cleaning is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
