Monthly SLE Credits are part of your complete Membership benefits package.
Stay with your signature lashes or make room for brows, a lift or approved aftercare. Your credits follow the eligible service you choose.
VIP, Select or Standard. Receive 195, 185 or 165 monthly SLE Credits.
Apply credits to eligible services, upgrades and approved aftercare. Pay any remaining balance at Member Pricing.
Your monthly SLE Credit allowance is issued after each successful Membership payment. Unused monthly SLE Credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the paid billing cycle, subject to applicable law.
SLE Credits cannot purchase memberships, Series, gift cards or new stored-value credits. Accepted Late-Arrival Fees must be paid separately and cannot be covered by SLE Credits.

The late-arrival fee applies only when SLE accepts and performs a qualifying late appointment. It must be paid separately; SLE Credits cannot cover it. Service eligibility and No Show policies still apply.

Select and VIP Members may request exclusive appointment opportunities outside regular salon hours. Each request requires management review, Membership verification and actual artist availability.
Before-hours: approximately 7–9 a.m. After-hours: approximately 6–8 p.m., where appropriate. Every request requires management review and artist availability. A time or artist is not guaranteed. Standard does not include off-hours Member Times.
The VIP finish
Complimentary spikes + accent color on lash appointments. Full-color sets are excluded. Subject to artist recommendation and available appointment time.
For eligible VIP lash visits. Bottom Lashes and other add-ons are not included. Standard and Select retain normal spikes and accent-color pricing.

Active Members are eligible for a Birthday Perk and Milestone Rewards based on consecutive successfully paid Membership months. Current rewards and redemption details are communicated separately. Cancellation ends your current milestone progress.
Enjoy 5% off eligible retail and approved aftercare with Standard, or 10% with Select and VIP. Eligible aftercare may be payable with SLE Credits. Gift cards, memberships, Series, stored value and excluded retail are not discounted.

The details of your eyelash extension membership, from monthly credits to your next visit.
All active Members receive priority over Non-Members waiting for the same eligible opening, subject to service eligibility, artist availability and appointment requirements. Qualifying requests from multiple Members follow request order. It does not guarantee availability or displace another confirmed appointment.
SLE Credits are a monthly-use allowance included in your complete Membership benefits package. VIP includes 195, Select 185, and Standard 165 monthly Credits following successful payment. They are not separately purchased gift cards or stored-value products.

Yes. SLE Credits can be used toward eligible services across these styles. The Member Price for the service you choose applies, and your artist will confirm service and fill eligibility.
You may book an available Lash Artist. Eligible lash-extension appointments with a Master Lash Artist have a +$10 Member upgrade. Membership does not guarantee a specific artist or appointment time.
Master Lash Artist is an artist tier. For eligible lash-extension appointments, the upgrade is +$10 for Members and +$15 for Non-Members. Members may use SLE Credits toward it. This upgrade does not automatically apply to brows or lash lifts.
You pay the remaining balance at Member Pricing. For example, a Hybrid 2-Week Fill is $79 at Member Pricing. With 30 SLE Credits remaining, apply those credits and pay $49. You do not need to buy separate top-up credits.
Active membership status, rather than your remaining SLE Credit balance, determines access to Member Pricing. VIP, Select, and Standard share the same Member Prices. Classic full sets are $139 for everyone. Hybrid/Wet full sets are $179 for Members and $189 for Non-Members; Volume full sets are $199 for Members and $209 for Non-Members. First-Time Client appointments are handled separately; Member Pricing does not stack on an already-discounted FTC service.
VIP members may request Before-Hours and After-Hours Member Times. Select members may request Before-Hours Member Times. Before-hours are approximately 7–9 a.m.; after-hours are approximately 6–8 p.m., where appropriate. Standard does not include off-hours Member Times. Submit the Member Concierge Request for management review. Membership is verified in Phorest; actual artist availability is required. Requests do not guarantee a time or artist and do not create public off-hours booking inventory.
Select and VIP Members may request exclusive appointment opportunities outside regular salon hours. Each request requires management review, Membership verification and actual artist availability.
Non-Members and active Standard Members require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and reschedules. Active Select and VIP Members have a 24-hour Cancellation / Reschedule Window. When the provider can still accept and perform the appointment, one $15 Non-Member late fee applies ($15 for Standard, $10 for Select and $5 for VIP Members). Accepted Late-Arrival Fees must be paid separately and cannot be covered by SLE Credits. Service eligibility and Repeat-No-Show policies still apply.
You may cancel future automatic renewal at any time by email, text, phone or in person. Your eligible benefits remain available through the end of your already-paid billing cycle. Successfully processed Membership payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
