Essentials Membership Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2025
The Essentials Membership is closed to new enrollment. These terms remain available as a reference for clients with an active Essentials Membership and continue to govern those memberships.
1. Membership term
The Essentials Membership requires a minimum contract term of three months.
After the initial three-month term, the membership automatically continues on a rolling monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with these terms.
2. Cancellation policy
The membership cannot be canceled during the initial three-month term.
After the initial term, a Member may cancel at any time by providing at least 14 days’ written notice by email to [email protected]. Online cancellation is not available.
The cancellation process will be as simple as the sign-up process.
After cancellation, unused credits remain valid only through the end of the current billing cycle and then expire.
Payments already made are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
3. Cooling-off period
A Member who enrolled online or outside the salon premises may cancel within 14 days of sign-up for a full refund, provided no membership credit or service was used during that period.
Once any membership benefit has been used, this cooling-off right no longer applies.

4. Payment
The membership fee is $139 per month and is charged automatically each month to the payment method on file.
A one-time, non-refundable $25 sign-up fee applied at enrollment.
Members are responsible for keeping their payment information current. If a payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
5. Credits and rollover
Each billing cycle includes $160 in service credits that may be applied toward lash, brow, or waxing services at Silk Lash Empire.
Unused credits roll over from month to month while the membership remains active.
After cancellation, unused credits expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
Credits have store value redeemable only for services at Silk Lash Empire. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, or shared.
6. Booking and appointments
All appointments are subject to availability.
Members receive priority booking with no deposit required when booking by phone or by emailing [email protected].
Appointments booked online require the standard 50% deposit. For an Essentials Member, that deposit is refunded after the appointment is completed. Members are strongly encouraged to book directly through the salon to avoid unnecessary deposit transactions or delays.
Members must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A missed appointment or cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice results in the full value of the scheduled service being deducted from the Member’s credit balance.
7. Freezing or holding the membership
The membership cannot be paused, frozen, or placed on hold. To stop recurring billing, the Member must cancel in accordance with Section 2.
8. Changes to terms or pricing
Silk Lash Empire may update membership pricing or these terms by providing at least 30 days’ notice by email.
A Member who does not agree to the updated pricing or terms may cancel before the changes take effect.
9. General terms
Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
Before enrolling, the Member was provided access to these Terms and Conditions and was responsible for reviewing them. By enrolling, the Member acknowledged that they had read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
These terms—including the cancellation notice requirements and the expiration of unused credits—apply automatically. The Salon is not required to restate previously accepted terms when a Member requests cancellation. This does not limit any notice the Salon is required to provide under Section 8 or applicable law.
By remaining enrolled and using membership benefits, the Member agrees to these terms and the applicable Silk Lash Empire salon policies.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable California consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
