This policy describes the current SLE website, its active third-party services, and the choices visitors have when following external links.

Technical information

Cloudflare may process standard request, device, network, and security-log information to deliver and protect the website. SLE uses this information in general terms for reliability, security, and troubleshooting.

Analytics and advertising measurement

When activated on the canonical production website, Silk Lash Empire uses Google Analytics, the connected Google Ads destination, Meta Pixel, and PostHog product analytics to understand website traffic, selected interactions, and outbound booking intent. These services may use cookies or similar browser identifiers under their own practices.

Silk Lash Empire stores limited first-party campaign attribution in the browser, including approved UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, the original landing path, and referrer. PostHog autocapture and session replay are disabled, and this website does not send Purchase events.

Maps, booking, and social links

The Google Maps embed and links to Phorest or social platforms are governed by those services’ own privacy practices. Booking information is entered and handled on Phorest’s domain, not stored by this public website. Phorest remains responsible for booking progression and completed-purchase measurement on its domain.

Retention and security

Information controlled by SLE is retained only as reasonably needed for its purpose, operational requirements, and applicable obligations. SLE uses reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Silk Lash Empire does not intentionally market this website to the European Union or United Kingdom. A consent-management review is required before intentionally targeting regions that require prior consent for analytics or advertising technologies.

Changes and contact

SLE may update this policy as the website and its integrations change. Visitors may contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests, and SLE will respond as required by applicable law and according to the data it controls.
