Extensions from another salon
SLE does not perform foreign fills.
SLE cannot verify the adhesive, lashes, isolation, placement, or techniques used. Starting with a removal and new full set allows SLE to take responsibility for the complete application and result.
If you selected the wrong service, SLE may update it before or on the appointment day when timing and availability allow. You are responsible for any remaining price difference, and not every change can be accommodated.
Before your appointment
Arrive ready for a calm service.
Arrive with clean lashes and without eye makeup. SLE still cleans lashes as part of standard preparation.
Remove contact lenses before the appointment; contact solution and storage containers may not be available.
Avoid caffeine beforehand because it may contribute to eye fluttering, twitching, or watering.
First-time clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early.
Clients ages 16–17 require a parent or legal guardian to attend and remain onsite for the entire appointment.
Deposits and changes
Your deposit reserves artist time.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an appointment unless the client is on an approved membership or has received different instructions from Silk Lash Empire. The appointment is not reserved until the required deposit is paid. Deposits are required for new and returning clients.
A deposit payment link expires after one hour. If the required deposit is not completed before the link expires, the appointment may be released or cancelled.
After 2 no-shows, Silk Lash Empire requires a 100% deposit for all future appointments.
Cancellations and reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeits the deposit.
Appointments booked within 48 hours of the appointment time are final and are not eligible for cancellation, rescheduling, or deposit transfer.

Consultation & customization
Every first visit begins with a professional consultation.
The consultation considers your desired appearance and appropriate customization. Jackie regularly trains the team on consultation standards. This is not a medical assessment.
Health note
Tell us about previous irritation.
Disclose previous irritation before booking and on the consent form, and communicate concerns before or during the appointment. Silk Lash Empire does not diagnose or treat eye conditions.
Clients with current pain, redness, swelling, discharge, persistent irritation, or vision changes should postpone service and contact a qualified healthcare or eye-care professional.
If irritation is present in the lash area and the client is not booked for a removal, the scheduled lash service cannot be performed. Depending on the situation, a gentle lash removal may be the only service SLE can offer. A removal is not guaranteed when performing it would be inappropriate.

SLE cannot verify the adhesive, lash materials, isolation, placement, or techniques used and wants responsibility for the complete application it services.

Clients must be at least 16 years old. Clients who are 16 or 17 must attend with a parent or legal guardian. The guardian must present a valid government-issued photo ID, sign SLE’s Minor Client Consent in person, and remain onsite throughout the appointment. A consent form completed only by the minor online does not satisfy this requirement. We cannot begin or continue the service if the required guardian is not present.
First-time clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early. Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes early.
