Before your appointment
Visit our Current Specials page to see any active first-time-client offers. Otherwise, book a full set, or a removal and full set if you currently have extensions from another salon.
SLE may update the service before or on the appointment day when timing and availability allow. You are responsible for any remaining price difference, and not every change can be accommodated.
Silk Lash Empire does not fill extensions applied by another salon. Existing extensions from another salon require a removal and a new full set. SLE cannot verify the adhesive, lash materials, isolation, placement, or techniques used and wants responsibility for the complete application it services.
Arrive with clean lashes and without eye makeup. SLE still cleans the lashes as part of its standard service preparation.
Do not wear eye makeup to the appointment. Eye makeup must be removed before the service begins.
Remove contact lenses before the appointment. SLE cannot guarantee that contact solution or storage containers will be available.
Avoid caffeine before the appointment because it may contribute to eye fluttering, twitching, or watering and make application more difficult.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an appointment unless the client is on an approved membership or has received different instructions from Silk Lash Empire. The appointment is not reserved until the required deposit is paid. Deposits are required for new and returning clients. After 2 no-shows, Silk Lash Empire requires a 100% deposit for all future appointments. A deposit payment link expires after one hour. If the required deposit is not completed before the link expires, the appointment may be released or cancelled.
Cancellations and reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeits the deposit.
Yes. Every first-time client receives a professional consultation focused on the desired appearance and appropriate customization. The consultation is not a medical assessment.
Cash and major cards are accepted.
Arrive early to complete the consent form and review health, safety, and salon policies. Your artist will provide a detailed consultation, confirm the service, complete the appointment, and review checkout and optional prebooking with you.
A removal is required before a new full set when you arrive with extensions applied by another salon.
Disclose previous irritation before booking and on the consent form, and communicate concerns before or during the appointment. Silk Lash Empire does not diagnose or treat eye conditions. Clients with current pain, redness, swelling, discharge, persistent irritation, or vision changes should postpone service and contact a qualified healthcare or eye-care professional.
Silk Lash Empire is located at 7600 Balboa Blvd, Suite 205, Van Nuys, CA 91406. Visits are appointment only.
Public parking is available at the building and may fill during busy hours. Legal street parking is available nearby. Weekday street cleaning is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
First-time clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early. Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes early.
Clients must be at least 16 years old. Clients who are 16 or 17 must attend with a parent or legal guardian. The guardian must present a valid government-issued photo ID, sign SLE’s Minor Client Consent in person, and remain onsite throughout the appointment. A consent form completed only by the minor online does not satisfy this requirement. We cannot begin or continue the service if the required guardian is not present.
