Entry and random selection

Entry was open from August 15, 2026 at 5:16 PM through August 17, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time to deduplicated contacts who joined the Silk Lash Fest Interest List, RSVP list, or both.

Eleven initial complimentary full-set recipients were selected at random beginning August 18, 2026 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Five ranked alternates were also selected in case an initial recipient declined, did not respond within the claim window, or was ineligible. Selected recipients were contacted personally by email. Alternates remain eligible for the regular Silk Lash Fest attendance reconfirmation unless personally contacted about an available set.

Eligibility

Recipients must be able to receive services at Silk Lash Empire in Van Nuys, California. Employees, artists, contractors, and their immediate family members were not eligible; participating vendors were eligible. Lash services are available only to guests age 16 or older. A recipient age 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can provide identification and consent under the salon’s existing minor-service rules.

Claim and appointment deadline

An initial recipient has 24 hours from the time Jackie’s email is sent to accept. If the recipient does not respond, declines, or is ineligible during that claim period, the next ranked alternate may be contacted. Once the initial claim process is complete, later appointment cancellations or forfeitures do not create another alternate opportunity.

The complimentary full set must be scheduled during Silk Lash Empire’s regular appointment availability and completed no later than August 31, 2026.

What is included

Each selected recipient may choose one Classic, Hybrid, Wet Set, or Volume full set, with an approximate retail value of up to $219. With 11 initial sets, the maximum combined approximate retail value is $2,409. The set is for the selected recipient only, is not transferable, has no cash value, and does not include fills, transportation, or other expenses.

Removal of existing lash extensions is not included. A recipient must arrive without extensions or purchase a separate removal appointment, subject to availability. Silk Lash Empire will designate the service provider.

Appointment changes and arrival

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. These complimentary appointments do not require a deposit and are not charged the salon’s usual 50% late-cancellation or no-show fee or $15 late fee. There is a 10-minute grace period. If a late arrival leaves insufficient time to perform the service safely and completely, the complimentary set is forfeited without a charge or replacement recipient.

Silk Lash Fest attendance

Complimentary sets are not performed at Silk Lash Fest on September 26, 2026. The event remains open to confirmed attendees as a Silk Lash Empire and Valley lash-community experience featuring the salon, its artists, services, community, and participating vendors.
