Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance. If you cancel past this window, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Yes, all appointments require a 50% deposit to secure your spot. This goes toward your service total but is non-refundable if you cancel late or no-show.
We allow a 10-minute grace period.
